Refund Policy
At Media Author Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and publishing assistance services. Because our services involve intellectual property, creative deliverables, and third-party distribution, we maintain the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available within 15 calendar days of purchase, provided that no services have been initiated.
Once work has begun (e.g., press release writing, query letter creation, media kit preparation, or submissions), payments are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
All fees related to third-party services (such as professional reviews, ISBN registration, or distribution fees) are non-refundable once ordered.
Custom creative work (e.g., book cover design, promotional videos, or marketing materials) is also non-refundable once production has started.
Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the package has been completed, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund based on the value of undelivered services.
Cancellations
Authors may request to cancel their package by providing written notice to support@mediaauthorhub.com.
If cancellation is requested before services have started, a full refund will be issued.
If services are already in progress, the refund will be evaluated based on the stage of work completed.
No Guarantees of Outcome
While we are committed to providing exceptional service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., book sales, publishing deals, or acceptance by agents). Refunds will not be issued based on results outside of our control.
